This partnership will enable both companies to grow in this area of technological innovation and disruption, which holds great promise for the future. DareData has been helping companies worldwide become more efficient and competitive.
Established in 2019, DareData has made a strong presence in the market, with over 40 clients in its portfolio and more than 100 national and international projects completed. In 2023, it achieved an 82% growth in its business volume, reaching three million euros, and was recognized as “The Fastest-Growing Portuguese AI Company” by being included in the global Clutch 100 List for Fastest-Growing B2B Companies.
Miguel Almeida, CEO of NOS, emphasized: “We are very pleased with this new investment in a high-growth potential company in such a strategic area as Generative Artificial Intelligence. A strong relationship had already been established between NOS and DareData, during which we observed the quality of their management team and their valuable pool of qualified talent. We believe this operation will open up new perspectives for the development of a set of new AI solutions for a global market.”
This step represents a strategic move by NOS towards a future with a new wave of Artificial Intelligence products, including conversational products using generative AI technology, with multiple applications not only for the investing company but also in other sectors and countries.
For Ivo Bernardo, Partner at DareData, “this partnership will allow us to bring AI to even more companies in Portugal and around the world. We have always had an excellent relationship with NOS and have learned a lot from what we have been able to contribute to the organization’s data and AI areas. On the other hand, we feel that the trust they place in our capabilities is also a recognition of the distinct way we approach our company’s culture and people management. NOS’s entry into our company’s capital is a natural step in a relationship between two organizations, based on the values and vision we share about the impact of technology on organizations, people, and society. We know that this journey is made with scalable, secure, and high-value AI solutions.”
